During Chanuka 5767 there was a horrific and tragic car accident in which three bochrim doing Mivtzoim in Eilat were killed. Two of the bochrim had learnt in yeshiva in Kiryat Gat, and we decided to put out a Kobetz Haoros leiluy nishmas the bochrim. As soon as we started working on the Kobetz, Nosson came over to me and said that he wanted to write a Haaro. I asked him which sugya he wanted to write about and he replied that he didn't have any specific sugya in mind, but since we were doing something leiluy nishmas he wanted to be part of it. And so we sat down together and after a couple of hours came up with something which we published. Over three years later this still stands out in my memory, something that I was really amazed by. While we were going around trying to convince bochrim to participate, most peoples' replies were something like "If I think of something that I can write I will get back to you." But Nosson had a totally different approach. If something good was being done he was going to be part of it, no matter what.
